Why HSA anchor bolt are not in the selection?

HSA anchor bolt is only approved for uncracked concrete. Hence, the base material should be selected as uncracked concrete. So in profis first we have to first choose uncracked concrete then select the HSA anchor.

However, please note that as per European Guidelines, all concrete should be considered as Cracked Concrete and the right stud anchor approved for cracked concrete is HST-3.
