Standard Next-Day Delivery

In-stock tools and consumables delivered by the next working day when you place an order before 4pm.

Express Same-Day Delivery

Receive eligible orders when you order before 11.30am on the same working day when time is critical.

Free Self-Collection

Collect your order at our DHL Warehouse at no additional cost.

Repair Pickup & Delivery

Book a repair and let us manage the collection and return of your tool.

Dangerous Goods Delivery

Dedicated delivery schedule for gas cans, DX cartridges, and other dangerous goods.

Standard Next-Day Delivery

With our standard next-day delivery service, if we’ve got it in stock, we’ll deliver your new tools and consumables within the next working day from when the order is placed.

  • Order cut-off time 4:00pm (Mon. to Fri.)

  • For orders below $10,000: Delivery charge based on 3% of the invoice value

  • For orders $10,000 and above: Flat delivery charge of S$300

Standard next-day delivery does not apply to bulky/odd-size items such as MT Channels (3 days lead time is required).

Express Same Day Delivery

Sometimes standard delivery just won’t cut it. You need the goods and you need them today.

  • Order cut-off time: 11:30am (Mon. to Fri.)

  • Same day delivery before 6:00pm

  • Delivery charge of $25 in addition to standard charges

Valid for order less than 100kg.

Express delivery does not apply to bulky/odd-size items such as MT Channels (3 days lead time is required).

Free Self-Collection

Self-collect for free at our DHL Warehouse!

Order cut-off time for same-day collection: 3.30 pm (Mon-Fri)

Collect your order in 30 minutes after shipment number is available.

Where to find Shipment Number?

  • 24/7 via our Website: Log in to your account. Go to your Order History, select the relevant Sales Order, click on Track Shipment tab and check your Shipment No.

  • Alternatively, please contact Hilti Customer Service at 6777 7887 and provide the relevant Sales Order No. to obtain your Shipment No.

Repair Pickup and Delivery

Hilti tools are built to last. But if a breakdown does occur, we’ll take care of it quickly and professionally. Book your repair online or by phone:

  • For pick up on the same day: Book before cut-off time 11:30am

  • For pick up on the next working day: Booking after cut-off time 11:30am

FREE pick-up and delivery if within the 2 years no cost warranty period. Otherwise, delivery charge applies based on 3% of your invoice value.

Dangerous Goods

  • Standard charges apply. No extra costs.

  • Deliveries are scheduled on Tuesdays only.

  • To receive before the next scheduled delivery, please opt for Self-collection.

Dangerous goods include Gas cans and DX Cartridges.
