What adoption can be taken if the fire sealant to be applied on both side and can be applicable in one side only as other side is not accessible.

For a through penetration, imagine one concrete wall with 250 mm thickness with one 50 mm steel pipe is passing. Anular gap is 5mm. The sealant to be applied in both sides. But if sealant is applied in one side as other side is not accessible what can be done for this case?

The application can be done as shown in the picture attached. The sandwich pattern can be made. First the layer of mineral wool (thickness as per the UL certificate), after one layer of sealant (as per the thickness mentioned in UL certificate), again one layer of mineral wool and lastly one more layer of sealant. The application thickness abides the UL certificate.
