Hi,
I’m trying to use HKD anchors for my fall ceiling works. I attempted to create a design report using Profis Anchor, but I discovered it has been unavailable since June 2021. Then I tried using Profis Engineering, but I couldn’t find the HKD drop-in anchor in the HILTI Profis Engineering software.
I reviewed all the questions in ‘ASK HILTI’ and learned that I should change the design to ‘uncracked concrete’ and the region to ‘international’. However, even after making these changes, I still couldn’t find a way to design for the HILTI HKD anchor. Previously, when using HILTI Profis Anchor, I was able to design for the same purpose.
Please assist me with this issue.

You might have just encountered a bug. I have raised a ticket to the software team to resolve this issue.
As a quick troubleshoot, can you please select a single anchor in your design? This should trigger the activation for HKD.
