Certificates are system generated after each of the webinars. A certificate will be issued to an attendee if the attendee has stayed for the duration of the webinar. The certificate is being sent directly to your email or alternatively you can your profile in the Ask Hilti Website as all certificates that you have earned will be stored there.
Regarding the presentation material, one of our colleagues from Hilti Indonesia will be contacting you to assist you in this request.
