larger borehole using HIT RE500v3 for rebar

The HIT RE500v3 is approved for larger borehole diameter up to times 1.5 anchor diameter.
However, the approval is based on ACI 318 Chapter 17, and uses threaded rods.
May I ask if this is also approved for rebars if to be based on ACI 318 Chapter 25?

Hi Philip Adrien Woods,

For use of 32 mm dia rebar in calculating development length using ACI, we can provide the maximum hole diameter of 38 mm only. This additional testing with HIT-RE 500 V3 was only for threaded rod is based on ACI 318 Chapter 17.

Refer attached snapshot for your reference. (d0 = hole dia).

Additional question: If this is approved for rebar, what would be the effect if we drill/core 50mm drilled hole and install 32mm diameter, more that the "approved" x1.5 bar diameter?
