Do we have an excel file for Firestop Sealant Volume Calculator wherein we can input the details then can generate the estimated sealant consumption

We don’t encourage circulation of any excel document which can be used
for Firestop Estimation and Volume calculation since these calculation sheets
might get misinterpreted with a wrong value.
In case you wish to find the volume – we usually calculate using the
approx. area of sealant x Thickness of Sealant as per UL wastage %. We prefer
not to have a single excel sheet, since the thicknesses may vary from condition
to condition and one could possibly unintentionally provide an inappropriate
thickness for a safe compliant Firestop.
Could you tell us what is the application in your case with details of
openings/penetrant sizes etc so we can mention as an approximation?
