Enquiry on Certificate for webseminar "Fire Protection in High Rise Building"

I attended the recent webinar on "Fire Protection in High Rise Building" but I login about 30minutes late as I was in the middle of a meeting. I've checked and found there's no certificate issued to me on that course. Would Hilti be able to provide that certificate ?

As the certificates are system generated, allow us to double check your attendance as certificate is being provided to an attendee who attended 80% of the webinar duration.

Hi Hilti, I attended webinar Fire Protection in High Rise Building on 19 March too. I checked today but there is no attendance certificate found inside the Certificate folder under the Profile. Please advise.
