We are moving our warehouse

 

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you – Hilti Singapore is relocating our existing warehouse, and we believe this move will significantly enhance your overall experience with us.

In our new space, we will have more room, enabling us to better support you, especially customers with large fleet orders efficiently. As part of our process improvement, to make your visit smoother, we will be introducing a virtual queue number capability, eliminating waiting times by efficiently managing the picking and packing process.

The expanded space also brings increased operational efficiency, ensuring that your orders are processed with even greater precision. Our new workbenches, equipped with Ontrack and Bluetooth tag efficiency, will further enhance the packing process for your orders.

The last day of operation at the existing warehouse (1 Greenwich Drive) will be on the 25 January, and we are excited to begin operations at our new location starting on 29 January 2024.

Warehouse Operating Hours

25 January 2024: Last day for self-collection at 1 Greenwich Drive

26 January 2024 to 28 January 2024: Warehouse closed^

29 January 2024: Self-collection* at 2 Pioneer Sector 1

*Subject to goods availability, all self-collection orders placed after 25 January 2024 (Thursday) 4 pm can only be collected at 2 Pioneer Sector 1.

^Subject to goods availability, all delivery orders placed after 25 January 2024 (Thursday) 4 pm will be fulfilled on or after 30 January 2024 (Tuesday)

New Pickup Process:

1) Obtain queue number online or onsite

2) Check-in at Self-Service Kiosk upon arrival 

3) Queue number will be called when order is ready for pick-up

4) Handover of Self-Collection order
