  • When is my order ready for collection?
Goods will only be available for collection 30 minutes after Shipment No. is obtained. Order cut-off time is 3.30 pm, Mon-Fri, for same-day collection.  
 
 
  • How do I obtain my Shipment No.?

Please click here to obtain Shipment No. in Hilti Online. Click on the relevant Sales Order, click on Track Shipment tab and check your Shipment No.

Alternatively, please contact Hilti Customer Service at 6777 7887 and provide the relevant Sales Order No. to obtain your Shipment No.

 

  • How do I collect my order?

Pre-appointment is only for customers with single DNs at the moment, please proceed to walk in if you have multiple DNs until we update our system.

Pre-appointment (Minimise waiting time)

1)     Please ensure you have safety shoes for your safety before entering.

2)     Get a queue number with your collection number (starts with 3) before arriving at the warehouse via the link or QR code below.

3)     Head to the self-collection point at DHL Supply Chain 2 Pioneer Sector 1 Level 3 Singapore 628414, there will be Hilti banners to guide you.

4)     Check in your arrival with the self-kiosk and select “appointment” to obtain your queue number.

5)     Collect your items once your queue number has been called.

Walk-in (Longer waiting time)

1)     Please ensure you have safety shoes for your own safety before entering.

2)     Head to the self-collection point at DHL Supply Chain 2 Pioneer Sector 1 Level 3 Singapore 628414, there will be Hilti banners to guide you.

3)     Check in your arrival with the self-kiosk and select “Walk in”, input your DN details and obtain your queue number. (You will have to repeat the same steps for multiple DNs, and you will have multiple queue numbers)

4)     Collect your items once your queue number has been called.
