IMPORTANT NOTE: YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY BE READY FOR COLLECTION 30 MINS AFTER SHIPMENT NO. ISSUANCE.
- Where is the collection location and what are the collection hours?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (closed for lunch from 11.30am to 12.30pm)
IMPORTANT NOTE: SAFETY SHOES AND VEST MUST BE WORN BEFORE ENTERING DHL PREMISES.
- When is my order ready for collection?

Please click here to obtain Shipment No. in Hilti Online. Click on the relevant Sales Order, click on Track Shipment tab and check your Shipment No.
Alternatively, please contact Hilti Customer Service at 6777 7887 and provide relevant Sales Order No. to obtain your Shipment No.
- How do I collect my order?

1) Please wear your safety shoes and vest before entering.
2) Register and exchange DHL pass at Level 3 security front desk.
3) After registration, Drive to Bay 22 at Level 3, a DHL staff will be there to assist upon Security notification
Ø Shutter door will be open upon notification
4) Customer/AMs to show the exchange DHL pass and provide Shipment No. for collection
Ø Kindly wait at the ramp for DHL personnel to bring out your collection
IMPORTANT NOTE: IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO MAKE PAYMENT VIA THESE ALTERNATIVE METHODS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL TO SHORTEN WAITING TIME:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- Once payment has been made, kindly provide your payment screenshot to our Customer Service Team at email@example.com so they can assist you with the Shipment No. issuance.
