High-bay pallet racks

PROFIS Engineering software allows you to quickly design pallet rack fastening to the most demanding specifications, including applications where fatigue, seismic and shock loads are a major consideration. Our portfolio includes a broad range of mechanical and chemical post-installed anchors, all with type approvals for fastening to concrete in different situations. For safer and more productive anchoring without the need for hole cleaning, combine our HIT-HY-200-A adhesive anchors and high-performance HIT-Z anchor rods. Alternatively, opt for our SafeSet system, which automatically cleans the hole as you drill into concrete.

When fastening conveyor belts, critical factors include speed, flexibility and cost. Hilti provides solutions that meet these needs effectively. Our HUS4 bonded screw (an HUS4 screw plus an HUS4 Max mortar capsule) can handle up to 40% higher tension loads than normal concrete screws. Because the HUS4 bonded screw allows you to reuse anchor holes, you gain the flexibility to make functional changes as needed. Designing and installing anchored solutions is faster, ensuring you can make last-minute design changes with minimal cost or hassle.
Safety barriers and guardrails
Select reusable screw anchors that can withstand repeated heavy shocks
Hilti also brings you fastenings that can withstand repeated heavy shocks, such as when a safety barrier is struck by a forklift. HUS4 and KH-EZ screw anchors offer performance comparable to that of expansion anchors, with the added benefit that you can remove and re-use them when you need to replace your guardrails. Also, if you need to remove these anchors from an existing barrier, you can simply re-use the hole.
