Hilti modular support systems provide you with a complete solution for EI&T, HVAC and non-critical piping systems. Requiring no welding or hot works, these modular supports can be installed more quickly by a single person, requiring no specialist equipment. Weighing 50% less than a conventional solution, modular systems help you to increase productivity, reduce labor costs and improve health and safety on the jobsite. Highly flexible and easy to inspect, modular systems are changing the way services are routed in offshore wind projects.
Fastening on steel
Non-weld grounding and grating solutions for demanding offshore environments
Hilti helps make the installation of grating quicker, safer and more cost-effective. A smart alternative to clamps, special grating fasteners are designed to be vibration resistant – meaning they don’t need regular re-tightening. Corrosion resistant, they require little or no touch-up painting after installation. Similarly, Hilti grounding and bonding solutions offer an alternative to systems that rely on extensive welding and rework. For high-current applications, the S-BT HC stud is ideal for use on thicker steel in demanding environments and can be used with cable with a gauge of up 4/0 AG.
