Patented stainless steel SmartCleats® with optional pads and inserts ensure that cables are held tightly by smooth surfaces and are not damaged by installation or a short-circuit event. Comprehensively tested to IEC 61914 standards, the SmartCleat® can be used with Hilti cable ladder systems and is DNV certified to meet standards of strength, flexibility and protection. Hilti engineering support is available to ensure optimal design, helping to reduce arching, deformation and stretch of cables in the event of a short circuit.
