AUTOMATIC CLEANING
Eliminate extra steps with our hollow drill bits
Clean holes as you drill with our TE-CD (SDS-Plus) or TE-YD (SDS-Max) hollow drill bits connected to the VC 20/40 concrete dust vacuum system and eliminate six manual steps as the dust is then removed automatically.
Just drill the hole, inject the adhesive and set the anchor.

Simply skip the hole-cleaning step.
Just start drilling, inject the HIT-HY 200 adhesive and install the HIT-Z anchor.
It’s cone-shaped helix works as a torque-controlled bonded anchor. Because of their shape, HIT-Z anchor rods are not affected by uncleaned holes when used together with HIT-HY 200.

Raise bond strength with our roughening tool
The Hilti TE-YRT roughening tool is designed to roughen a diamond-drilled hole in order to achieve the necessary bond between the epoxy and the concrete.
It raises the bond strength in diamond-cored holes up to that of hammer-drilled holes and reduces the amplification factor of the minimum anchorage length required by Eurocode 2 to 1.0
The roughening tool combined with HIT-RE 500 V3 achieves a time saving of 30% with core-drilled holes by reducing the need for cleaning.
