List Price Update Effective 1 January 2026

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our list prices, effective 1 January 2026.
This change is primarily driven by a combination of rising supply chain costs, increased material expenses, and logistics challenges that have impacted the entire construction industry. While construction inflation plays a role, we want to assure you that our commitment to quality and service remains our top priority.
In terms of differentiation, our Anchor offering will see only a modest increase of 1.5%. This is because we have managed to maintain strong value and consistency in that segment, ensuring that you continue to receive top-notch performance without significant cost increases.
On the other hand, for our other business units, including Electrical Tools and Accessories, Fire Protection, Direct Fastening, and Screw Fastening, the increases will be slightly higher, ranging from 3% to 4.5%. This adjustment supports our ongoing innovation, enhanced local support, and the continuous improvement of our products and services, ensuring that we meet your evolving needs in the most efficient and effective way possible.
