New Delivery Approach


With effect from 19th September 2016

Dear Valued Customer 

New Approach to Delivery Service 

In our continuous effort to partner you with our valued services, we are pleased to announce a new delivery approach which will take effect on 19th September, 2016. The primary objective of improving our delivery service is to enhance our delivery capabilities to meet your delivery needs and minimize your construction down time. 

Thus, we are pleased to offer an increased delivery fleet frequency and further enhanced tool repair (LTS & FM included) collection / delivery as per below: 

Order cut off timing 

Order cut off time will be extended to finished goods, repair (LTS) and fleet management (FM) tool pick up. 

Morning Cut off Time @11.30am   : Priority delivery on same day delivery / pick up 
Afternoon Cut off Time @ 4.30pm  : Delivery / pick up on next working day before 1pm 

Standard order delivery 

Apart from extension of the cut-off timing, delivery fleets will be increased to improve the on-time delivery performance. Two groups of delivery fleet teams have been set up to manage your standard order and faulty tool collection separately. Essentially, 
1) Standard order delivery team will only drop off your standard orders, and 
2) Repair needs for both tools pick up and drop off will be managed by a separate delivery team 

Faulty tools (LTS & FM) collection 

In addition, to ensure timely tool collection, we are implementing GPS tracking. This requires logging the tools into our data base before arranging for a pick up. Thus, for all repair (LTS) / FM tools collection, we seek your cooperation in contacting our customer service at +65 6777 7887 or visiting to arrange for tool pick up. 

We would also like to take this opportunity to request you to contact our customer service to update your latest contact / mobile number / email address to ensure that subsequent delivery notification reach the rightful person in-charge.
