Terms And Conditions:

1. Hilti Testing Department reserves the right to re-schedule the timing and arrangement should there be any conflicting schedule.

2. Customer must provide all access to the actual location and the access must be safe and easy. All arrangement must be coordinated prior to the actual conduct of the test. Customer must also ensure that sufficient safety precaution is carried out.
 
3. Cancellation of testing service: - An activation fee of S$50 (subjected to GST) will be levied on the customer should there by any cancellation after the Testing Personnel has reached the site location.

4. Working Hours for Test Request (Monday - Friday) (9am - 6pm)
* Fax before 12pm, same day reply
* Fax after 12pm, next working day morning reply

5) Testing Personnel will wait 45mins from the agreed time and will leave for the next appointment should the testing cannot commence.
